I first encountered it at AnnieBlueSky's BlogU. It is an easy trick to let your post jump out of the screen, by showing an interesting quote, that gives the essential idea of the post itself. The pullquotes are easy to implement: you only have to add some CSS to your template, so strictly speaking it is not even hacking. Or maybe we could call it soft-hacking.
:) Hans
Is't interesting!!!! Hack this at BeautifulBeta

Applied: Hack A BlogLuqhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04406107663473101942noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7624660659844161785.post-69628950910832945302006-10-10T12:42:00.000-07:002006-10-10T13:05:42.202-07:00Free 3-Column Template with Fluid Design and Super Peek-A-BooThis is reaaaaaaaaaaaally great, a template by Hans from BeautifulBeta. Yes! You're now seeing his masterpiece in your computer screen. Currently it's hard to find a nice 3-column beta template but thanks Hans, you made it (another great hack from guru). If you want to have a template like this, just go to BeautifulBeta and if you done with it, tell me OK!

Applied: Hack A BlogLuqhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04406107663473101942noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7624660659844161785.post-91971757094584752082006-10-08T13:26:00.000-07:002006-10-08T13:27:17.240-07:00Labels As Navigation TabsIf you like to do something with your labels or to make it easier for yor reader to follow your article, here it is something from Hoctro. Your labels will have maximum 100 sub-labels. I did not apply the hack here because I don't want to mix it with CLOUD Labels but you can see the result in my other site here. If you clik on horizontal label ex: Europe, you will see UK as a sub-label.

Note again if you have applied hacks on Turning Label into Tabs before, you still can try this hack. First go to Hoctro to try the hack and rename the label as label 3 or label 4 or etc. After it's all done just delete your existing label hack and drag your new label to the previous label. This is really great. It is suitable with any blog categories but I think it will look nice in jurnal or diary blog (make it more colorful). It supports 2 custom styles (zoom style!, menu style) and the default list style provided by Blogger. The idea is to allow your blog's visitors to choose the style that they like instead of you fixing one particular style. The original article can be found in hackosphere.

Happy hacking!!!

Applied: linkLuqhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04406107663473101942noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7624660659844161785.post-33616176500051405822006-09-19T22:21:00.000-07:002006-09-19T22:43:59.014-07:00Why?After reading articles about hacking and making trial and error with my new blogger beta blog, I'm very excited about the result, so I decided to compile some of these valuable information from a group of these genius to make it easier for blogger beta users. In fact I don't even have technical background, so what is so difficult with CSS, HTML, Javascript and so on (I don't care what program they are using).

I'm still in the learning process and these genius make all the complicated things become easier and friendly user. Believe me, it will be fun. Thanks you guys! Let's start with my first hack.Luqhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04406107663473101942noreply@blogger.com0
